teeth. If your teeth are yellow or stained

could put a brighter smile in your life and give you self-esteem

inexpensive, and effective cosmetic treatment. The best
rule of thumb is that you can expect about two shades whiter
than what you have now. Even with the most sophisticated bleaching systems, there is a
variability in results. The bleaching cannot guarantee you
a specific result because this is a cosmetic procedure.
Is

Bleaching
is tough on stains, but gentle on your teeth. It can remove many
stains that are in the outer layers of the teeth. If you teeth
have yellowed with age or are stained from tobacco, tea, coffee,
or food, bleaching may restore their natural
whiteness. Tetracycline stains may take longer to bleach and not
respond as well. The color fillings and crowns will not change
by bleaching.

WHITE & BRIGHT INSTRUCTIONS
1) Pre-medicate one week before starting whitening with
Perio-Med Stannous fluoride rinse. Discontinue Perio-Med during
whitening treatment.
2) Brush teeth thoroughly with plain baking soda
toothpaste and floss before and after using tray. Do not use
toothpaste with peroxide.
3) Place a small amount of gel in each tooth compartment
in the tray. Each syringe has six calibrated treatment doses.
Use approximately one dose for both trays.
4) Too much gel will result in excess on the gums and may
cause irritation. Remove excess gel with finger or dry tooth
brush.
5) When inserting the tray, be careful not to push all of
the gel out, but be sure that the tray is completely seated.
6) Most whitening occurs during the first hour of
treatment. Wear custom trays for 1-2 hours per application or as
re commended by your dentist. Once you have started treatment,
continue uninterrupted each day thereafter until treatment is
completed.
7) Whitening results should take between 7 to 10 days
unless the patient has hard, dense teeth—this treatment can
take 3 to 4 weeks.
8) At the completion of each application, remove trays and
rinse with water. Brush teeth and remove any excess whitening
gel remaining on teeth. Place trays in the storage case, and
store them and remaining syringes in a cool, dry place.
9) Post-medicate with Perio-Med after entire treatment is
completed.
